another day, another skills test

so today it’s a skills test with avi foodsystems, owned by a high school friend of my brothers who though he’s woth billions still lives in a rather simple home on warren’s east side. he’s also a member of the school board, talk about giving back to the community. i figure today is going to be all about excel, word and powerpoint and a typing test. check, check, uh-oh and shit.

15 minutes from paradise

so we toook a drive tonight as is our wont when things are a bit edgy and the mrs. needs to unwind. cruising through the countryside we came to the conclusion that a life spent in the jungles of nyc has prepared us for living in the sticks with acres of land and big skies.
